Profile

Clifton Clarke is professor of Business Management. Clarke taught courses at the undergraduate level on accounting, management, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. He also taught courses at the graduate level on auditing, tax regulation and strategy, marketing management. His research focuses on ethics and corporate governance. Prior to joining Brooklyn College he served as Associate Dean for Institutional Planning at LaGuardia Community College (CUNY). He also worked in the accounting profession in the areas of auditing, management advisory and taxation and as Asset Based Lending Examiner for multiple banks. Clarke is an Independent Advisory Representative (IAR)in investments and financial services.
