Program Overview

By declaring a minor in human resource development and management, you will learn about the legal, operational, and social responsibilities of HR managers and how their work supports both the functional departments and the employees within a business. An interdisciplinary minor, this program requires courses across the Business, Sociology, and Psychology departments.

All of the following: Business 3240 or Psychology 3172; Business 3200 or Sociology 3607 or 2603
