The Office of Testing administers the Accuplacer ESL Tests and Ability-to-Benefit (ATB) Tests to incoming students, as well as proctoring services for external candidates.
About Our Office
The Office of Testing is dedicated to providing a secure, professional, and welcoming environment that upholds the values of honesty, fairness, and reliability in all testing procedures. We administer the Accuplacer ESL Tests and Ability-to-Benefit (ATB) Tests to incoming students, supporting their academic success through accurate test results and appropriate placements. In line with Brooklyn College’s commitment to educational excellence, we are focused on ensuring access and opportunity for all students, including immigrants and first-generation college students, by offering high-quality testing services.
Our office also provides proctoring services for external candidates, ensuring adherence to the testing conditions set by the institution administering the exam. With a focus on outstanding customer service and integrity, we aim to contribute to the broader mission of Brooklyn College by fostering an environment where all students have the resources and support, they need to think critically, creatively, and contribute positively to the world.
