Registration Services

• Diploma Pickups: Distribution of diplomas to recent graduates and assistance to students requesting for a diploma to be mailed or a duplicate of the original diploma.
• Enrollment Verification Letters: Request enrollment or degree verification for third parties.
• General Registration Help: Find out more about the registration process at Brooklyn College.
• Maintenance of Matriculation Request Intake: Master’s students must maintain matriculation status to complete degree requirements. This includes resolving INC grades, taking comprehensive examinations, and filing a thesis as final requirements in preparation for graduation. Students not registered for any credit-bearing classes must also register for maintenance of matriculation status.
• Personal Data Change Requests: Request to change your personal information in Brooklyn College records. Some of these changes can be accomplished through CUNYfirst.
• Residency Forms and Documentation Intake: Drop-off forms to update your residency status.
• Visiting Student Application Intake: Drop-off site for Visiting Student Applications.
• Class Auditing / Senior Citizen Auditing Application Intake: Drop-off site for Class Auditing Applications.
