All suicide threats or implied threats should be taken seriously. Bring the student to Personal Counseling (0203 James Hall, 718.951.5363); if Personal Counseling is not open, refer the student to a suicide prevention hotline 988 or any hospital emergency room.

Your safety and well-being is our most important concern. Because we are available only during specific business hours, we want you to know who you can call and where you can go for assistance at anytime (24 hours per day, seven days per week) in case you need help unexpectedly.
