CUNY EDGE Scholarship Application

Scholarship Eligibility

For any of our incentives, including scholarships, students need to be actively engaged in the CUNY EDGE program, which includes:

• Household or student having and active Cash Assistance case
• Submission of an School Letter (HRA 154) request for the semester
• Attending workshops and advising sessions
• Keeping attendance high and reporting any absences
• Working on your career goals
• Participating in internships / Federal Work-Study / HRA Fellowship
• Staying engaged all year

In general, this scholarship may only be awarded once during the span of the student’s academic career at Brooklyn College.  Preference will be given to seniors and students completing final requirements for graduation.

DeadlineS to Apply

Students must be registered for a class to receive funding.

• Winter Intersession 2024: Wednesday, January 1, 2025
• Spring 2025: Friday, January 17, 2025
• Summer 2025: Friday, May 23, 2025
