Enrollment Services Center

The Enrollment Services Center (ESC) offers registration, financial aid, ID, cashiering, and recreational passes services to the Brooklyn College community.

Mission Statement

The ESC is dedicated to supporting Brooklyn College students as they pursue their educational goals. In alignment with the college’s mission, we are committed to the success of our students. The ESC will provide a student-centered environment and collaborate with other offices to deliver outstanding student services in a detailed, efficient, and courteous manner.

In-Person Services

Summer Hours (June 10–August 9)

Mondays–Thursdays, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Closed on Fridays except June 21 and July 5, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Hours on June 11–June 13 only: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

Cashiering services end 15 minutes prior to center’s closing.

Standard Hours

Registration, Bursar, and Financial Aid: Mondays–Fridays, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Cashiering/Payment services close at 4:45 p.m.
ID: Mondays–Thursdays, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
