Brooklyn College Climate Week is a dynamic event dedicated to the various activities students and faculty are involved in to support urban climate resilience. Whether you’re a student, staff or faculty member, or climate action enthusiast, this event offers a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and contribute to shaping a resilient and sustainable future.
11 a.m.–noon: Campus as a Living Lab Tour Meet at the Brooklyn College Garden at the Avenue H entrance and you enjoy a guided tour of key sustainability projects on campus, including the Native Pollinator Bed, BC Eats Garden, and the GI Test Bed.
12:15–2:15 p.m.: Knowledge Sharing and Connecting, State Room, Student Center Engage with students, faculty experts, and private-sector partners to connect and learn more about innovative, ongoing campus climate resilience activities. Participate in collaborative brainstorming on next steps. This session will include welcoming remarks from the college administration, flash talks, and roundtable discussions. Please bring your own lunch.
