Healing Justice Circle

The Women’s Center and Muslim Women’s Leadership Development Project will be collaborating with Malikah to bring a Healing Justice Circle to Brooklyn College. According to Malikah, “Healing justice is about recognizing the ways that violence and trauma impact our bodies and our communities, and that it takes intentional healing, unlearning, and relearning to be able to navigate our institutionally oppressive world in a way that could allow us to step into our power.” We will be centering our circle around identity and how it is supported or needs support within the Brooklyn College community.
