Leadership Academy

This multi-day career-connected learning experience provides students with insight into leadership approaches and theories, including the Trait Approach, Skills Approach, Behavioral Approach, Situational Approach, Path–Goal Theory, Leader–Member Exchange Theory, Transformational Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Servant Leadership, Adaptive Leadership, Inclusive Leadership, and Followership. Participants complete quizzes, post in discussion forums, submit a leadership self-assessment, and analyze case study scenarios. Participants will learn from faculty and executives and have an opportunity to demonstrate and enhance their communication skills by presenting their leadership case study analyses.

The March 17 event takes place in Whitehead Hall. The March 24, 31, and April 7 events will be held via Zoom.
