The Brooklyn College Musical Theatre Collective (BCMTC) is proud to be presenting its first mainstage licensed production, Sunday in the Park With George, performed by Brooklyn College students and alumni. Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s breathtaking piece merges past and present into beautiful, poignant truths about life, love, and the creation of art. One of the most acclaimed musicals of our time follows the enigmatic painter Georges Seurat as he finishes his masterpiece A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte.

The BCMTC is a student-run organization made up of several departments that aims to create performance opportunities and share the art form of musical theater with our school community.
