Does your syllabus need a tune-up? Do your assignments need adjusting? Are you trying to create a comprehensive assessment plan and lesson schedule?
Drop into the Center for Teaching and Learning’s Teaching Clinic, led by Mariya Gluzman (Philosophy and AIT), for an interactive syllabus review and learn some quick ways to make your course material work for you, not against you. We can help you write more effective learning outcomes that align with the major assessments in your course, make your syllabus more friendly and informative for students, tighten up reading or writing prompts that might be too wordy or difficult to understand, and include helpful information and resources for students. We will share different resources to help you create a more visually appealing and streamlined syllabus just in time for the spring semester.
