Survey Services

The Office of Educational Research and Assessment (ERA) in conjunction with the Office of Institutional Research and Data Analysis (IRDA) provide the oversight and reporting for large-scale college, university, and national surveys. In addition, IRDA/ERA support the Brooklyn College community in its efforts to engage in survey research. These surveys inform decision-making at all levels of college administration.

When you are considering conducting a survey for your office, unit, department, or program, we encourage you to consult with us regarding existing survey data that may already be available to you. We also ask that you inform us regarding your survey efforts so we can reduce survey fatigue in our college population. To get the support that you need, it is strongly recommended that you give yourself sufficient time to plan and to consult with IRDA/ERA.
