Graduate Information

You’ve already learned a great deal about how people behave in social settings, but now you want to master that knowledge. Our graduate sociology program is designed to help you advance your skills in the theories and methods used by sociologists. You will have the opportunity to perfect your critical and analytical approaches as well as your writing skills. You’ll have the benefit of intensive study in a variety of elective areas, such as criminology, gender, class, and urban sociology. You’ll also have access to a variety of support services, including the computer lab, sociology lounge, and seminar room.
