The Transfer Evaluations Office processes all transfer credits for courses taken prior to attending Brooklyn College, including AP, IB, CLEP, and college courses taken while still in high school. It also serves as a liaison to all academic departments to assist faculty with evaluating transfer credits.
Our mission is to provide undergraduate transfer students with a seamless transition to Brooklyn College by collaborating with various departments on campus, including the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Center for Academic Advisement and Student Success (CAASS), Peer Mentoring (TransferNation), the Office of the Registrar, the Office of Financial Aid, and the Magner Career Center.
The Transfer Evaluations Office currently provides limited in-person services in 306 West Quad Center for general inquiries, Mondays–Fridays, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. You may continue to utilize our extensive online services via our webpage as well as send us your inquires via e-mail. You can also schedule a remote appointment via Navigate Student. Use this app to schedule a virtual appointment with a specialist in our office.
