Transfer Evaluations Office

The Transfer Evaluations Office at Brooklyn College is committed to facilitating a seamless transition for undergraduate transfer students by processing all transfer credits, including AP, IB, CLEP, and college courses completed prior to enrollment.

Deadlines and Notices

  • The transfer credit deadline for entering spring 2025 transfer students is March 20, 2025.
  • The Transfer Evaluations Office takes care of matriculated undergraduate students only.
  • Graduate students should contact Graduate Admissions for assistance.
  • The Transfer Evaluations Office will be attempting to retrieve, on your behalf, the equivalence for the course(s) listed as an elective, which is coded as 9999R. If the department requires additional documentation, or our office is unable to locate a course description, you will be notified to submit these documents via email.

About Our Office

In collaboration with departments such as the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Center for Academic Advisement and Student Success (CAASS), Peer Mentoring (TransferNation), the Office of the Registrar, the Office of Financial Aid, and the Magner Career Center, we provide essential support to help transfer students thrive.
